• The proposals of communications can be on any topic covered by CLAD either Theory and Methods;
• Portuguese and english are the official languages of the meeting and proposals of contributed communications (abstracts) should be 2-4 pages long (A4 size) using the available template;
• Abstracts of the contributed communications either oral or poster should be sent to by February 24th 2015 2nd March to joclad2015@estbarreiro.ips.pt, adding as subject "Submisssion JOCLAD 2015 - Name of the first author";
• When submitting your work, you should be explicit about the format you do prefer either oral talk or poster. Otherwise, your proposal will be dealt as a proposal for a contributed session;
• Poster communication: the poster dimensions cannot exceed 84,1 cm (width) by 118,9 cm (height);
• The JOCLAD 2015 Organization Committee will inform the authors on the acceptance of the communication by the Scientific Committee until March 18th 2015;
• Only accepted communications with at least one registered author (with valid payment) by March 25th 2015 will be included in the Book of Abstracts;
• The acceptance of a communication by the Scientific Committee and its inclusion in the Book of Abstracts obliges at least one author to attend the JOCLAD 2015 and present it.
